Darren Arblaster appointed as our new Managing Director

Darren steps up from Operations Director, where he has been leading day to day business operations for the last four years. During that time MatchMaker has continued to add new clients to our longstanding customer base and has enjoyed increased turnover every year.

MatchMaker founder, John Crowther, who remains on the Board of Directors, has praised Darren’s contribution to the company’s success and said he is looking forward to continued growth under Darren’s leadership. We have exciting plans for further growth with new products and services being launched in 2024, and Darren, with his 29 years’ experience in the sector, is the perfect person to lead that next period of growth.

MatchMaker Software was launched, originally known as Business File, in 1987 and has been developing specialist software for all areas of the recruitment industry for more than 36 years.
