There isn’t a system quite like MatchMaker, they have us covered for temp & perm, onboarding through to timesheets and offer both web & mobile solutions for our candidates and clients. The team at MatchMaker worked with us to provide solutions to problems and opportunities for improvement.
Beyond the technology, their customer service is second to none. They are always keen to come out and see us and, on the rare occasions that we need support, there’s always a real person at the end of the phone, which is welcome change from the usual arms-length approach we had experience with others.
Having used many recruitment CRM systems in the past, I have generally found that they are either temp or perm biased.
MatchMaker is different, it has the capacity to support both a Temporary and Permanent recruitment business really well. The team are excellent and always super helpful. Not that I have to call them very often, but when I do they are so helpful, quick to respond and always keen to support and explain how MatchMaker works so that you learn as you go along!
