Build a Sequence of emails, set how long to wait between each step, and MatchMaker takes care of the timing. Send it to a single candidate, or select a whole saved set from candidate search and send it to everyone in one go. You can even start Sequences automatically with MatchMaker Automate.

🛡️ Consent checked every time

Before each step sends, MatchMaker checks the candidate. If they have a status such as DATA REMOVAL REQUEST, or haven't consented to marketing or service comms, the Sequence stops automatically. You decide what happens next: update their status, add a follow-up to the consultant's diary or launch an automation.

📊 See exactly what's happening

The new View Active Sequences screen shows every Sequence that's running, what's been sent, what's queued and when the next step is due. Every email is added to the contact log, with automated read receipts so you can see who's engaging.
